The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Our commitment to protecting the safety and wellbeing of our guests and hosts remains of utmost importance to us. To ensure this, we are implementing new operational standards which include the following:


  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our spa, pool, fitness centre, and restaurants in compliance with government mandates, and partitions installed at all reception areas.
  • As an additional option, mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door, are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms:


  • Our exceptional housekeeping team have and will continue to work very diligently throughout the day and night to clean and disinfect every area of the hotel.
  • Housekeeping service will be provided based on each guest's preference and comfort level with sufficient amount of in-room amenities provided prior to their arrival.
  • Upon arrival, each guest will receive a Personal Protective Equipment Kit with their own hand sanitizer, wipes and face mask. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • The hotel is utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers on the overnights with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

Our Pool and Fitness Center are fully open. The Spa is fully open and offering all treatments.




Louix Louis Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Astor Lounge is open. Please refer to our dining page for hours of operation.
