Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Our commitment to protecting the safety and wellbeing of our guests and hosts remains of utmost importance to us. To ensure this, we are implementing new operational standards which include the following:

 

  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our spa, pool, fitness centre, and restaurants in compliance with government mandates, and partitions installed at all reception areas.
  • As an additional option, mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door, are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • At this time, valet service is not available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms:

 

  • Our exceptional housekeeping team have and will continue to work very diligently throughout the day and night to clean and disinfect every area of the hotel.
  • Housekeeping service will be provided based on each guest's preference and comfort level with sufficient amount of in-room amenities provided prior to their arrival.
  • Upon arrival, each guest will receive a Personal Protective Equipment Kit with their own hand sanitizer, wipes and face mask. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • The hotel is utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers on the overnights with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. During this time, kindly note the following areas will have modified services and limited hours of operation:

At LOUIX LOUIS, our commitment to protecting your safety and wellbeing remains of utmost importance and our promise of excellence remains stronger than ever.

LOUIX LOUIS will be open for dinner service only at this time and reservations are required. Walk-ins will not be accepted until further notice. We are closely monitoring the number of guests in the restaurant at one time to ensure physical distancing. Face masks are mandatory when entering the hotel public spaces including restaurant, and walking to and from the restrooms. You do not need to wear a face mask when you are seated at your table.
