Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage upon entry and throughout our hotel to remind guests that wearing a mask is mandatory for guest when social distancing cannot be maintained. Our associates lead the way by wearing facemasks in all areas of the hotel. Furthermore, guests are asked to maintain social distancing and adhere to occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in all areas of the hotel in compliance with local and state laws. All guests are required to register their name and contact details whenever using any hotel facility.

 

  • Partitions have been installed at the front desk and set paths of travel have been clearly marked.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located at all entrances and exits as well as in elevators and restaurants and guests are actively asked to use them.
  • Disinfecting of all touch points in publicly accessible areas at least every 2 hours.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairwells as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. All areas are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. It is mandatory for guests to wear face masks in all areas of the hotel where social distancing cannot be maintained.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: In-Room Amenities may be reduced, but are available upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. To protect our guests and our employees as best as possible during your stay, entering your room has been reduced to a minimum. Therefore we will provide housekeeping service after every third night. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service more frequently, please let our guest services team know a day prior. We will be happy to schedule our service according to your preferences.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, capacity restrictions, reservation required.
Pool: Open, capacity restrictions, reservation required.
Sauna: Open, reduced hours of operation, capacity restrictions, reservation required.
Lounge: Closed, Lounge services available.

Modified operational practices for in-room dining, limited buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and audits in accordance with state and local laws and food safety standards as guidelines.
