Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We would like to share details of Marriott International's Commitment to Clean and the additional measures at the Zurich Marriott Hotel to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact:


  • Signage and shields throughout the Zurich Marriott Hotel promote physical distancing and encourage guests to follow social distancing.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Contactless options such as mobile check-in/check-out and mobile key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and escalators. Further, we provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear required PPE based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face covering.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Let us know if you wish that our team should not enter your room during your stay. Let us know, if you wish to have your room serviced during your stay with us.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities by using Mobile Check-in and asking any question you have in advance. We are aware of our responsibilities in putting the safety of our customers and employees first. That is why we have adapted our services to the current conditions to comply with the hygiene and distancing rules while offering excellent service. We would also like to point out, that all food and beverages must be consumed while seated.
