Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Please note that there are no longer a legal mask requirement or other Covid related restrictions in Switzerland. We nevertheless maintain our increased cleaning efforts, provide masks, disinfectants and dispensers and recommend that you keep your distance. 

We would like to share details of Marriott International's Commitment to Clean and the additional measures at the Zurich Marriott Hotel to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact:

  • Contactless options such as mobile check-in/check-out and mobile key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We continue the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and escalators. Further, we provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear required PPE based on the activities they are performing. 
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. 


  • Fitness Center: Gym area open 24/7
  • Sauna & Massage: upon request
  • Valet Parking: upon request
  • MClub: Open daily 7am to 10pm
  • Mobile Dining: available 

White Elephant Restaurant:

Lunch from 12pm to 2pm (Monday to Friday).
Dinner from 6pm to 10pm (Monday to Sunday).


Lenox Bar:

Operating times daily from 7am to 12 midnight.


eCHo Restaurant:

Breakfast served from 6.30am to 11am (Monday to Sunday).
Dinner: Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 10.30pm. 



Open daily from 7am to 10pm.
Breakfast: 7am to 11am
Snacks: 11.30am to 9.30pm
Evening service: 5.30pm to 9.30pm
Warm & cold hors d´oeuvre: 5.30pm to 7.30pm 


Room Service: daily from 6.30am to 10pm

We are aware of our responsibilities in putting the safety of our customers and employees first. That is why we have adapted our services to the current conditions to comply with the hygiene and distancing rules while offering excellent service.
