Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Mobile check-in and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. 

Mandatory at Check-in

At check-in it is obligatory for all guests (16 years and older) to show a valid vaccination or recovery certificate,
valid negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) or negative antigen test (not older than 48 hours).
If the duration of the stay exceeds the validity of the test result, a new proof of a valid negative test result is required.
Self-tests are not accepted.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Guest Rooms: guest rooms are cleaned after 24 hours of ventilation; housekeeping service every 3 days
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
