Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.   • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations.
  • Our ladies and gentlemen wear face coverings, gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • We are utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Temperature screening for ladies and gentlemen and vendors at entry points.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeepers wear two different gloves for each room they clean.
  • All counters and high-touch points are being disinfected prior to cleaning to room.
  • HonorBar and ice bucket are not available in guest rooms.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. To minimize the entry into the guestrooms, guests are asked during pre-arrival/check-in for their preferred time and frequency of housekeeping services:

  • Full room cleaning service daily
  • Only refresh amenities and towels daily
  • Daily turn down service
  • No housekeeping cleaning service during your stay

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Aruba: Open daily except for Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Offering selected treatments to restore the body and mind. Reservations highly recommended. Spa wet lounge (sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi) is currently unavailable.


Fitness Center: Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Casino at The Ritz-Carlton: Open daily from 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. VIP Desk open at 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. | Table games open at 12:30 p.m.


The Shops: Open daily 

Signature Shop and Ritz Kids from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Boutique and Spa Boutique from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Beach & Pools: Open for full use including lounging and swimming. Beach service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Biminis, pool or beach cabanas are available for rent. Complimentary use of non-motorized watersports. Guests must pass by the Towel Hut to be escorted to a designated beach or pool area.


Ritz Kids: The Ritz Kids club is open daily offering morning and afternoon activities. Reservations are required for all activities and must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Due to social distancing parameters, for each program we can only allow children from the same family to participate. Please, contact our concierge for more detailed information.


The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge: The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Solanio - Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Ritual Coffee Culture - Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Madero Pool & Beach Grill -  Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Bar is open until 6:00 p.m


Divi Sushi Bar & Lounge - Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Food menu available from 12 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sushi available from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Casa Nonna New York - Open daily, except for Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

BLT Steak - Open daily, except for Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In-Room Dining - Available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Your in-room dining will be delivered to your guest room door in carry out boxes.

The Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz‐Carlton, Aruba look forward to extending a warm ‘Bon Bini' (welcome in local language Papiamento) to you and your family. It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with Aruba's new entry requirements prior to your travel date. 


In order to enter Aruba, it is mandatory to provide certified negative PCR test. Residents of all 50 states will now have the option to take a PCR test upon arrival at the airport in Aruba as well as the option to provide a certified negative test result prior to travel to Aruba.


Additionally, the government of Aruba must ensure that all visitors (including children) are properly insured. The Aruba Visitors Insurance is a mandatory insurance that helps protect visitors against incurred medical and non-medical expenses if testing positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Aruba.

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba offers guests the convenience of on-site testing or is able to connect you with a series of hospitals and laboratories that offer PCR testing and happy to help book an appointment.


Tests results are returned in 24 hours directly to the guests. The testing facility will be available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registration is required in advance for on-site testing. Kindly visit for registration. Password is "palmbeach".

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.

In the event a guest tests positive they will need to delay their travel until they have recovered from COVID-19 and are able to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test now required prior to boarding all flights to the United States. In accordance with Aruba's COVID-19 protocol, the local health department will be contacted and will escort the guest to designated accommodations where they can recover safely and comfortably. The island's mandatory COVID-19 insurance will cover the cost of these new accommodations.
