  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations.
  • We are utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest upon request.
  • All counters and high-touch points are being disinfected prior to cleaning to room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Aruba: Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Offering selected treatments to restore the body and mind. Reservations highly recommended. Spa wet lounge (sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi) is currently unavailable.

 

Fitness Center: 24/7 access with the room key.

The Shops: Open daily 

Signature and Ritz Kids Shop 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. | The Boutique 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. | Swimwear Boutique 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 

 
Beach & Pools: Open for full use including lounging and swimming. Beach service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Biminis, pool or beach cabanas are available for rent. Complimentary use of non-motorized water sports. Guests must pass by the Towel Hut to be escorted to a designated beach or pool area.

 

Ritz Kids: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Evening program available upon request within 48-hours notice. 

 

The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge: The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Solanio - Open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for breakfast buffet and a-la-carte until 11:30 a.m.


Ritual Coffee Culture - Open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 


Madero Pool and Beach Grill - Open daily from 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Bar opens until 6:00 p.m. Beach service available until 6:30 p.m.


Divi Sushi Bar & Lounge:

  • Open daily from 1:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Sushi available from 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • September: Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (The sushi menu is available until 10:30 p.m.)Mondays - Thursdays sushi menu is available from 4:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.


BLT Steak - Open from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Casa Nonna New York - Open from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Effective March 19, 2022, All travelers to Aruba will no longer be required to present a COVID-19 negative test result or proof of vaccination.

All travelers will still be required to complete Aruba's Embarkation/Disembarkation Card before arrival, which is the country's digitized customs and immigration process. All Travelers must fill out the ED card and upon approval for travel, one must show either digitally or in printed form at check in or upon boarding to Aruba.     

 

The Aruba Visitors Insurance is no longer mandatory however recommended by the government of Aruba. 


Effective June 12, 2022, COVID-19 testing is no longer applicable to enter the US.
