Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
THE CLEANING STANDARD FROM MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL with its 30 hotel brands has always been world class. In response to COVID-19, regular procedures have been rigorously reviewed and updated accordingly:

Obligation to keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters and to wear a mouth and nose cover to protect other guests and our employees in all public areas, including POTS and The Curtain Club. After being seated at the tables, the protection can be removed. Face masks and gloves as well as disinfectant gel are available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.
Daily room cleaning is provided. If you do not wish this service to minimize entering the room, please let us know upon arrival. We implemented clear guidelines for chemicals and equipment used to fight viruses and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in heavily frequented areas and regularly touched surfaces, e.g. reception counter, elevators, public bathrooms, room keys, and fitness equipment. We do keep cleaning and disinfection protocols for cleaning rooms after guests leave and before the next guest arrives.

We ask for your understanding that we have adapted the room furnishings to the current hygiene standards. We would also like to inform you that we will no longer enter your room in the evening and therefore do not offer a turn-down or "Make a Green Choice" service. If you miss the basic equipment you are used to, do not hesitate to contact us.

We also increased the frequency of cleaning in the heart of the house where employees work behind the scenes and reinforced employee health and safety reviews, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 training.
WELLNESS:  Our fitness and wellness area is currently not available due to the measures of the federal government. In the Tiergarten, the largest park in Berlin, you can run, walk and do sports outdoors - our front desk team will be happy to recommend popular routes with our running map.

LOUNGES: The Lounge and our Club Lounge are closed until further notice.

ROOM SERVICE: You can choose from our exquisite room service menu from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. we offer you a snack menu. Breakfast will be served to your room. We are happy to serve you to your room door.

POTS Restaurant, The Curtain Club, The Lounge and Fragrances Bar remain closed due to the new measures of the federal government.
