Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Obligation to keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters and to wear a face mask (as per current hygienic protection regulations) to protect other guests and our employees in all public areas. Face masks and gloves as well as disinfectant gel are available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.

THE CLEANING STANDARD FROM MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL with its 30 hotel brands has always been world class. In response to COVID-19, regular procedures have been rigorously reviewed and updated accordingly:
 

  • Daily room cleaning is provided. If you do not wish this service to minimize entering the room, please let us know upon arrival.
  • We implemented clear guidelines for chemicals and equipment used to fight viruses and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in heavily frequented areas and regularly touched surfaces, e.g. reception counter, elevators, public bathrooms, room keys, and fitness equipment.
  • We do keep cleaning and disinfection protocols for cleaning rooms after guests leave and before the next guest arrives.

We ask for your understanding that we have adapted the room furnishings to the current hygiene standards. We would also like to inform you that we will no longer enter your room in the evening and therefore do not offer a turn-down or "Make a Green Choice" service. If you miss the basic equipment you are used to, do not hesitate to contact us.

We also increased the frequency of cleaning in the heart of the house where employees work behind the scenes and reinforced employee health and safety reviews, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 training.

WELLNESS:

Our fitness and wellness area is again open for you regularly (except the steam bath).
Opening times fitness area: Open all day
Swimming pool opening times: 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.

LOUNGES:

Our Club Lounge remains temporarily closed until further notice.


MINIBAR:

We will be happy to provide you with the minibar again. You can find all prices within our room service menu.

 

POTS Restaurant:

Breakfast is served at POTS Restaurant without the need for negative COVID-19 evidence for hotel guests.

Opening times: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 10:30 am and Saturday - Sunday 6:30 am - 11:00 am. We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room via Room Service as well.

POTS Restaurant opening times:

Terrace: Monday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
No COVID-19 evidence is currently required on the POTS terrace. Inside the restaurant, a negative COVID-19 test (not older than 24 hours) or proof of vaccination or recovery is required.

 

The Curtain Club:

We serve exciting cocktails daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 am.

 

The Lounge:

Opening times: daily from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm

 

Fragrances Bar:

Currently still closed


Room Service:

You can choose from our exquisite room service menu from 6 a.m. to midnight. From 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. we offer you a snack menu. We are happy to serve you to your room door.
