Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Effective August 20th, 2021, check in for an overnight stay is only permitted for guests presenting a current negative covid-test result of day of arrival. In addition, a proof of a current negative covid-test result must be presented every third day of the stay. This applies to business as well as to private traveling guests. As an alternative for a test certification, guest may present a proof of complete vaccination or recovery. Complete vaccination protection will be accepted with day 15 after the last required vaccination.


Obligation to keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters and to wear a face mask (as per current hygienic protection regulations) to protect other guests and our employees in all public areas. Face masks and gloves as well as disinfectant gel are available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.

THE CLEANING STANDARD FROM MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL with its 30 hotel brands has always been world class. In response to COVID-19, regular procedures have been rigorously reviewed and updated accordingly:

  • Daily room cleaning is provided. If you do not wish this service to minimize entering the room, please let us know upon arrival.
  • We implemented clear guidelines for chemicals and equipment used to fight viruses and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in heavily frequented areas and regularly touched surfaces, e.g. reception counter, elevators, public bathrooms, room keys, and fitness equipment.
  • We do keep cleaning and disinfection protocols for cleaning rooms after guests leave and before the next guest arrives.

We also increased the frequency of cleaning in the heart of the house where employees work behind the scenes and reinforced employee health and safety reviews, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 training.


Our fitness and wellness area is again open for you regularly (except the steam bath).

Our Club Lounge remains temporarily closed until further notice.

POTS Restaurant:

Breakfast is served at POTS Restaurant:

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 10:30 am and Saturday - Sunday 6:30 am - 11:00 am. We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room via Room Service as well.


POTS Restaurant opening times:

Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Due to maintenance works in the kitchen, we have to keep the restaurant closed from October 4th - October 10th, 2021.


The Curtain Club:

We serve exciting cocktails daily from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am.


The Lounge:

Opening times: daily from 10:30 pm to 6:00 pm. (Food served from 12:00 pm)


Fragrances Bar:

Currently still closed

Room Service:

You can choose from our exquisite room service menu from 6 a.m. to midnight. From 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. we offer you a snack menu. We are happy to serve you to your room door.


No further COVID-19 evidence is currently required for our catering facilities for hotel guests. For external guests, a daily updated COVID-19 test (not older than 24 hours) or proof of vaccination or recovery is currently required indoors.

Obligation to document attendance via the Luca app or in writing applies in all of our catering establishments.
