Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. The Commitment to Clean protocols and processes are stringently implemented to ensure our commitment to the safety of our guests and team members as our priority.

 

  • Guest luggage is sanitized on arrival along with mandatory temperature checks of all guests, associates and partners upon entering the hotel premises
  • Contactless mobile check in and check out facility is provided with the privilege of paying through phone at check out
  • Usage of Electrostatic sprayers to sanitize all public areas with a dedicated sanitizing crew to sanitize all high touch points such as door handles, elevator buttons etc. in public areas at regular intervals
  • Contact-less communication for guests to access services at the hotel through the Marriott Bonvoy mobile chat
  • All hotel cars are sanitized using hospital grade sanitizers and inspected by the concierge team before and after every transfer
  • Mandatory use of protective gear including PPE kits for all our associates
  • All rooms are left vacant for 24 hours after guest check-out before cleaning and reselling the room; room inspection is done with utmost detail using UV light torch
  • Sanitizer and PPE Kits provided in all rooms for guests
  • All room collaterals such as menus, TV channels guide are accessible electronically on guest mobile phones
  • Rigorous deep cleaning and application of disinfectants in guest rooms, fitness centers and restaurants
  • Linen in rooms, spa and fitness center is thermally disinfected by washing at temperature above 70 degrees


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
