Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Valet Parking is temporarily closed. Self-Parking is available.
  • Front Desk has glass shields installed between associate and guests.
  • Sanitizing stations are available at high traffic areas and throughout the hotel.
  • Housekeeping has discontinued stay over service.
  • In-Room Dining only delivers in room without guest present; otherwise items are delivered outside the door.
  • Ecolab Hydrogen Peroxide is used and more frequent high touch cleaning has been implemented
  • All high touch areas are cleaned frequently using hospital grade disinfectants
  • Stay over service has been discontinued
  • Single use amenities have been added
  • Mini bar items have been removed
  • Upon check out of a guest, room remains vacant for 24 hours prior to new occupant
  • Disinfectant wipes are located in all guest rooms
  • The housekeeping team is required to wear a face mask at all times while in guest rooms and throughout the entire hotel
  • We offer additional PPE upon request
  • Electrostatic spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital grade disinfectants 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest occupying the room. If you have any specific preferences for your room during your stay please contact guest services at any time.
  • Fitness Center: Open to all guests with face masks required at all times. Fitness equipment is offered with social distancing in place.
  • Gift shop: Open to all guests with face masks required at all times
  • Business Center: Open to all guests with face masks required at all times
  • Spa: Available to guests, however, lockers rooms, showers, sauna, and the swimming pool are currently unavailable
  • The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge: Currently in suspended operations until further notice
  • In-Room Dining is open every day from 7am -11pm. Deliveries are placed outside the door and not delivered in room unless the room is vacant.
  • Torali Bar is open every day from 3pm -11pm with requirement of face masks being worn and social distancing. A maximum of 6 persons per party in accordance with state and local law.
  • Torali Rooftop is open every day from 3pm -11pm with requirement of face masks being worn and social distancing. A maximum of 6 persons per party in accordance with state and local law.
  • Torali Restaurant is currently closed.
