Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage is displayed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, indicate one-direction walkways, and clearly show the revised occupancy limits. The seating capacity in our restaurant is in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions have been installed at the front desk and valet.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while enjoying all indoor public areas..

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers have been removed but are available upon request
  • All non-essential high touch items have been removed including magazines, decorative pillows, throws, and honor bars
  • All glassware has been replaced with single-use cups
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for pick-up upon request at the time of check-in
Housekeeping Service:
  • Room Cleaning - Regular housekeeping service is available upon request only and can be confirmed at check-in. Please speak with our Ladies and Gentlemen to communicate additional housekeeping requests and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Laundry Services - Laundry service is available daily, Drop-off before 9:00 a.m. to receive the same-day by 6:00 p.m. Laundry received after 9:00 a.m. will be available next day.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local and state regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge - The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge is temporarily closed.

Cleveland's steel-working industry lives on through TURN Bar + Kitchen. Fire, light, mirrors, and metals create a modern setting for smoked cocktails and dishes drawing from local ingredients. We are currently offering single-serve and pre-packaged condiments. Contactless delivery and pick-up are available.
