Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. Our resort has implemented touchless or low-touch solutions and adopted contactless technologies including: Mobile Key, Mobile Chat and guest requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ app. Guest greetings will be modified to a nod, wave, or a bow, while continuing to ensure guest needs are met.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


All high-touch surfaces are frequently cleaned throughout the resort, while all spaces have been designed to enhance physical distancing.


Every Villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping and turndown service automatically every day. If you wish to change your preferences regarding your daily housekeeping refresh service, kindly let us know your preference upon arrival or any time during your stay.


We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in all public areas of the Resort.

Our Ladies & Gentlemen will wear face coverings, gloves, etc. based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
In compliance with local regulations, guests are encouraged to face covering in indoor public areas, as well as outdoor public areas where a safe distance cannot be guaranteed.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, guaranteeing a safe and unforgettable stay.

Poolside and beach high-touch surfaces and furniture will be sanitized between use, including sun loungers and umbrellas, and the space between furniture has been increased to facilitate social distancing. 

The resort´s Fitness Center is open 24 hours allowing guests to keep active during their stay.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering our guests renowned treatments in a bespoke environment.

A separate Steam and Sauna room is located by the Fitness Center. Kindly note they may take up to 30 minutes to heat.

Reservations for The Ritz- Carlton Spa, Steam and Sauna can be made in advance through the guest´s Aris Meeha.

Our storybook-like Ritz Kids is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. hosting a variety of activities for children ages 4 to 12, that can be discovered here.


The resort's tennis court offers lessons for children, teens and adults, often hosted by visiting pros during the holiday season, and resort tournaments. Rentals are available. Contact your Aris Meeha for further information.
