Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. All Marriott Commitment to Clean recommendations were implemented at the resort; from parking, to check in, to the room, to the restaurants and bars, and amenities, to departure.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. Guests are asked during pre-arrival/check-in for their preferred time and frequency of housekeeping services:

 

  • Full room cleaning service daily
  • Refresh amenities and towels daily
  • Daily turn down service

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Turks & Caicos:

  • Yoga Class Daily 8:00 a.m. - 9:00  a.m. on the West Lawn
  • Treatment Daily - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Offering selected treatments to restore the body and mind. Reservations highly recommended.



Fitness Center - Open daily 24 hours



The Casino at The Ritz-Carlton -

Table Games and Slot Machines are open:

  • Mondays through Fridays from 5:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.
  • Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m - 3:00 a.m.

*All guests must be over 18 years of age with a valid photo I.D.*

 


Beach & Pools - Open for full use including lounging and swimming. Beach service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Complimentary use of non-motorized water sports. Guests must pass by the Towel Hut to be escorted to a designated beach or pool area.



Ritz Kids - The Ritz Kids club is open daily offering morning and afternoon activities. Please, contact our concierge for more detailed information.

  • BLT: Open daily for Dinner 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. except for Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
  • CoralIi:
    • Open daily for Breakfast A la carte from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. | Buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 
    • Lunch daily from 11:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. (kitchen closes 4:30 p.m.)
  • Coralli Pool Bar: open daily from 11:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Casa Nonna:
    • Open daily except for Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
    • Bonfire/S'mores: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Pool Bar: Open daily for Lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  
  • Lobby Bar & Lounge:
    • Open daily from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. 
    • Sushi served from noon - 10:00 p.m.
    • Live Entertainment - Thursdays & Sundays - 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
       
  • In-Room Dining - Available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Your in-room dining will be delivered to your guest room door.

The COVID-19 vaccine requirement for visitors aged 18 and over has been extended until 31 March 2023. For details on obtaining an exemption to the COVID-19 vaccine requirement, please email vaccineexemptions@gov.tc.

Your vaccination status will be checked by your airline at check-in and on arrival in the Turks and Caicos by immigration officials.
