Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. All Marriott Commitment to Clean recommendations were implemented at the resort; from parking, to check in, to the room, to the restaurants and bars, and amenities, to departure.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations.


Our ladies and gentlemen wear face coverings, gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.


  • We are utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Temperature screening for ladies and gentlemen and vendors at entry points.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest upon request.
  • Housekeepers wear two different gloves for each room they clean.
  • All counters and high-touch points are being disinfected prior to cleaning to room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. To minimize the entry into the guestrooms, guests are asked during pre-arrival/check-in for their preferred time and frequency of housekeeping services:


  • Full room cleaning service daily
  • Only refresh amenities and towels daily
  • Daily turn down service
  • No housekeeping cleaning service during your stay
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Turks & Caicos - Open daily except for Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Offering selected treatments to restore the body and mind. Reservations highly recommended.
Spa wet lounge (sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi) is currently unavailable.

Fitness Center - Open daily 24 hours

The Casino at The Ritz-Carlton - Open Mondays through Fridays from 5:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Saturdays and Sundays slot machines are open from 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Table games are open from 5:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Beach & Pools - Open for full use including lounging and swimming. Beach service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Complimentary use of non-motorized water sports. Guests must pass by the Towel Hut to be escorted to a designated beach or pool area.

Ritz Kids - The Ritz Kids club is open daily offering morning and afternoon activities. Due to social distancing parameters, for each program we can only allow children from the same family to participate. Please, contact our concierge for more detailed information.
  • BLT: Open daily for Dinner 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • CoralIi: Open daily for Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and for Lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Casa Nonna: Open daily except for Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Pool Bar: Open daily for Lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Dinner Bites ( Reduced Menu) from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Lobby Bar & Lounge: Opening Hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Grab n Go available from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Sushi served from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • In-Room Dining - Available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Your in-room dining will be delivered to your guest room door in carry out boxes.

The Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz‐Carlton, Turks & Caicos look forward to extending a warm welcome to you and your family. It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with Turks & Caicos Islands' new entry requirements prior to your travel date.

All visitors traveling to Turks and Caicos islands must be fully-vaccinated, in addition to all other current requirements. All travelers to the Turks and Caicos are required to obtain pre-travel authorization via the TCI Assured portal. Persons without authorization will not be permitted to board a flight to the Turks and Caicos.

The TCI Assured pre-authorization portal will require travelers to submit the following information:

  • All visitors 16 years of age and over must be fully-vaccinated.
  • A negative COVID-19 test result. The test must be taken within 3 days prior to travel to the TCI. Children under the age of 10 are excluded from this requirement.
  • Insurance which covers COVID-19 medical costs and full hospitalization, doctors' visits, prescriptions and air ambulance.
  • A completed online health screening questionnaire.

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination. 


Starting December 6, all air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States. Additionally Non US citizens must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by air. 


For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos offers guests the convenience of on-site testing daily from 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m.  Antigen test results are returned within 24 hours directly to the guests. Registration is required in advance for on-site testing. The cost of an antigen test is $35 and for a PCR test $185. Please visit the front desk to provide you the QR code to schedule your appointment. 

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.
