Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel.   • Please kindly show your Health code and Travel code upon arrival. For those guests who are not able to provide the above two codes, please present the following certifications upon check-in:
  1. Certificate of quarantine
  2. Nucleic acid test report with seven-day validity
The hotel provides daily cleaning service.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
The hotel provides face masks in all regular rooms and sanitizing wipes in all suites. Disinfectant wipes are available upon guest's request.
  • All outlets conduct temperature check and register at least one guest's contact information from each group at the hostess entrance, including banquets.
  • We provide skin disinfectant and disposable wipes upon guest's request.
  • Encourage guests to pre-purchase the sets on social media rather than ordering in the restaurant.
