Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

 

  • Nightly turn down is not offered till further notice
  • In-room coffee makers are available
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Our pools are open daily, 7AM - 7PM (Non-hotel guests, including local friends & family are not able to accompany hotel guests to pool due to hotel maximum occupancy to ensure social distancing and safety)
  • Waterslide is open daily, 11AM - 5PM
  • Bellman Services are available during the weekend (Thursday - Sunday)
  • Limited Housekeeping Services; service will be performed every other day throughout your stay
  • Dove Mountain Outfitters Gift Shop is open Thursday - Sunday from 10AM - 5PM
  • In Room Dining is closed till further notice
  • Spa is closed till further notice
  • Fitness Center is closed until further notice. Fitness Classes are not currently available.
  • Ranger station is open 7 days a week from 1pm to 3pm daily
  • Ranger Arcade room is open from 10am to 6pm daily. Cleaning staff will be doing 15-20 min rounds to help sanitize after use.
  • Shuttle Service to Cayton's is not offered till further notice
  • Nightly Turn down is not offered till further notice
  • Core Kitchen & Wine Bar is closed till further notice
  • Breakfast is offered at TO|GO Cafe, take out only from 6AM - 12PM
  • Ignite is open for dinner daily from 3PM - 9.30PM (Restaurants will limit seating to be in compliance with the local county regulations)
  • Turquesa Latin Grill, by the pool, is open daily from 11AM - 5PM
  • Cayton's Burger Bistro, at the golf club, is open for happy hour (3PM - 5PM) & dinner Thursday - Saturday from 5PM - 8.00PM (Reservations are required)

Our local county has issued an ordinance requiring everyone to wear a face mask, who are not exempted (please see exemptions below); this ordinance became effective on 6-20-2020. Below you will find specific information in regarding this ordinance. This is in alignment with Marriott International's face covering policy for all properties effective 7-27-2020.

Pima County Face Mask Ordinance:

Under this decision, individuals must wear a face covering that covers one's nose and mouth when in public or a situation where the individual cannot practice social distancing protocols. A public place was identified as any location indoor or outdoor, including businesses, public buildings, officers, highways, parks and public transportation.

Exemptions to the ordinance are listed below:

 

  • Children under the age of five
  • People who cannot medically tolerate wearing a face covering
  • People who are hearing impaired or communicate with the hearing impaired
  • Law enforcement officers and other individuals who would create risk related to their work as determined by local, state federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines
  • People who are receiving a service that involve their nose, face or head
  • People who are eating or drinking at a restaurant or food and beverage service establishment.
  • People who are in a public place together and live in the same household or a part of a party of 10 or less
  • People who are engaging in outdoor work, recreation or exercise
  • People who are swimming

 

In the event that you should need a face mask, please stop by the front desk and we will able to supply you with one.
