The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities

 

  • Nightly turn down is not offered till further notice
  • In-room coffee makers are available
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Our pools are open daily, 7 AM - 10 PM (Non-hotel guests, including local friends & family are not able to accompany hotel guests to pool due to hotel maximum occupancy to ensure social distancing and safety)
  • Waterslide is open daily, 11 AM - 5 PM
  • Dove Mountain Outfitters Gift Shop is open daily from 10 AM - 5 PM
  • Spa is open Daily, 9:30 AM - 5 PM.
  • Fitness Center is open daily. Room key required for access after 7 PM.
  • Ranger station is open daily, 1 PM - 3 PM for Meet the Desert Friends
  • Ranger Arcade room is open daily, 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Nightly Turn down is currently not available.
  • Core Kitchen & Wine Bar is available for sit down breakfast, daily 7 AM - 11 AM
  • Core Kitchen & Wine Bar is available for dinner Tuesday- Sunday, 5:30 PM - 9 PM (reservations required)
  • Breakfast is offered at TO|GO Cafe, take out only daily, 6 AM - 12 PM
  • Ignite is open daily from 12 PM - 9:30 PM for food service and 12 PM - 10 PM for beverages.
  • Turquesa Latin Grill, by the pool, is open daily from 11AM - 4:30 PM for food service and 11 AM - 5 PM for beverages
  • Cayton's Burger Bistro, at the golf club, is open for lunch Wednesday - Sunday, 11 AM - 3 PM effective 10/13/2021 (this can go live Monday since they're closed Mon/Tues)
  • Cayton's Burger Bistro, at the golf club, is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday, 5 PM - 8:30 PM (reservations required) effective 10/13/2021
  • In room dining is available daily, 7 am - 10pm daily
