Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Please rest assured that the well-being of our guests and employees is our absolute priority and that we adhere to all guidelines drawn up by the responsible authorities in order to avoid any possible risks to your health.


We kindly ask you to keep a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters to protect yourself as well as other guests and our employees in all public areas. Wearing a face mask is still recommended for protecting yourself and others.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, escalators and door handles as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel. Credit card terminals and pens are sanitized after each use.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.


Room Amenities:

  • Minibar is not currently available, but guests can request contactless drinks delivery.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request and at the hotel entrance.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. The modifications we have made include:

  • Gym: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Pool: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • SPA: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Massages: Please note we currently do not offer any SPA treatments.
  • Club Lounge: Currently closed.
  • Business Center: Open.
  • Breakfast Restaurant: From 06:30AM to 10:00AM, on weekends from 07:00AM to 11:00AM breakfast buffet
  • Lobby Lounge: From noon to 11:00PM; Friday & Saturday until midnight, Sunday until 10:00PM
  • Restaurant TERRA: Open Thursday until Saturday from 06:00PM.
  • Restaurant AQUA: Wednesdays until Saturdays.
  • Newman's Bar: Currently closed.
  • In Room Dining: Available 24hrs with contactless delivery.
  • Terrace - Champagner Lounge: Open from noon to 10:00PM depending on the weather conditions.


In order to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants have been implemented. Food preparation with gloves only. All staff members, including kitchen staff, will wear face coverings.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
