Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and spa/gym as well occupancy limits for elevators and business center in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

Luggage service on request available. Please allow possible waiting times due to additional hygiene measures / disinfection.

Mobile check-in and check-out, service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking - garage available for self-parking only.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, escalators and door handles as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel. Credit card terminals and pens are sanitized after each use.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Minibar is not currently available, but guests can request contactless drinks delivery.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request and at the hotel entrance.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open daily from 6:30AM to 10:00AM as well as from 4:30PM to 8:00PM.
Pool: Open daily from 6:30AM to 8:00PM.
Spa / Massages: Currently closed
Club Lounge: Currently closed.
Business Center: Open.
Hotel Shop: Currently closed.

Breakfast Restaurant Hafenterrasse: Weekdays from 06:30AM to 10:30AM, weekends from 07:00AM to 11:00AM, masks required when going to the buffet.
Lobby Lounge and Terrace: Sunday to Thursday from noon to 10:00PM, Friday & Saturday from noon to 11:00PM.
Restaurant TERRA: Open daily from 06:00PM to 10:00PM.
Restaurant AQUA: Open for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Newman's Bar: Currently closed.
In Room Dining: Available 24hrs with contactless delivery.

In order to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants have been implemented. Food preparation with gloves only. All staff members, including kitchen staff, will wear face coverings. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
