The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Effective immediately, at all U.S. Marriott hotels, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor and outdoor areas at our hotels, unless required by local law. Unvaccinated guests must still wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in indoor public spaces.  
  • Effective May 19, 2021, the state of Colorado released an amended Executive Order stating that fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear masks in most public settings, with the exception of public transportation, schools and medical facilities. Unvaccinated people over age 11 are encouraged to continue wearing masks in all public indoor spaces.
  • Some facilities including restaurants may have reduced capacity or be temporarily unavailable. Please view our Weekly Activity Guide for timely updates to operations. Please do not hesitate to speak to any member of our staff should you have any questions or need additional information.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staff members are required to wear facial masks regardless of vaccination status, will wear other PPE based on the activities they are performing and will be subject to daily temperature checks and health screenings.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service:
    • Room Cleaning - Regular housekeeping services are currently being offered between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Guests must be vacated from their rooms to receive housekeeping services. Should you elect to schedule your services on a less frequent basis, we will gladly respect your privacy in this manner. Turn-down services are provided upon request only. Please speak with our Ladies and Gentlemen to communicate additional housekeeping requests and we will be happy to assist you.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local and state regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: The Fitness Center is available 24 hours to guests ages 16 and up.
  • The Ritz-Carlton Spa & Boutique: The Spa is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. All facials are limited to 50 minutes. 
  • Pool: The pool and outdoor hot tubs are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily. Access is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Mountain Recreation: A selection of fitness classes are available weekly. Days and times vary for outdoor fitness classes vary. Reservations are required. Please check with the concierge regarding current dates and times.
  • Club Lounge: Closed until winter of the 2021/2022 season.
